Many medical conditions can be prevented or managed with early intervention and patient compliance. Your primary care physician will make appropriate referrals for needed specialty care. PATIENT GATEWAY: Medical Associates of Greater Boston is pleased to introduce Patient Gateway, a fast free efficient and secure way to communicate with our office by email. Gateway allows you to conveniently submit routine communications including appointment, referral and prescription refill requests 24hours a day, 7days a week. It also allows you to take a more active role in your health care by providing access to portions of your medical record including lab results, medication and allergy lists and future appointments. The Patient Gateway is not for emergency situations. Patients can enroll on-line at www.patientgateway.org or by clicking on the link in our patient portal. |
